My fiance and I just had the privilege of working with Geoff Morgan from the Sutton Group in Barrie , we are first time home buyers and had no idea where to turn or how to get the ball rolling, we were getting very frustrated trying on our own as in this sellers market every home we called about seemed to be already sold or had offers on it.
