Geoff not only met my expectations he exceeded them from beginning to end .he was aware very quickly as to what I was looking for ...so we did not waste precious time.

Geoff reached out to me through MLS, I wasn't ready to sell but did bombard him with questions weekly. He patiently answered every question and assisted with great market advice. I then decided that selling might be a good option and Geoff was ready to help with the first sale. Having a nightmare of a tenant, he provided guidance on how to handle that situation and also dealt with a great portion of that stressful process for me. We were able to sell before my maintenance fees increased and the amount of stress that relieved was invaluable. 

On the second condo that he assisted me in selling, we faced an uphill battle with the demographics that was interested in the unit. We managed to sell again before an increase to maintenance fees took effect and in both situations, made a great profit from the sales.

Throughout the process, I felt Geoff always had my best interest in mind. He was personable, flexible and provided a high standard of service, even when I made unreasonable demands. I would definitely recommend him and will continue to use him for future buying and selling.
